Our services involve professional time, effort, and government-related filings. Since much of the work begins immediately after payment, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- If the service has not yet been initiated and no work has started.
- If an accidental duplicate payment was made.
- If a payment was made for a service not applicable to you and no work has begun.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable once paid:
- Government fees, taxes, challans, and third-party charges.
- Payments for services where drafting, filing, or advisory work has already started.
- Delays, rejections, or changes in law/policy by government departments.
5. Service Substitutions
In cases where refunds cannot be processed, we may offer a credit note or service substitution (of equivalent value) that can be availed within 6 months.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
